The first Essex Senior League match of the 2018-19 season kicks off with a home match against Tower Hamlets FC on Saturday 4 August 2018.

Matches against our local rivals have always been hotly contested, with the results in the past few seasons with the Tons only slightly ahead on points.

Their football is very comparable with ours – they play a pass and move game as so do we.  Also, we both have  players that are quick and expressive.

It should be a very entertaining match, with end to end football to the final whistle.

The first of the fixtures have been published, with Clapton also playing Woodbridge Town FC away in The Emirates FA Cup and Woodford Town FC in the Buildbase FA Vase.
